Grade school shenanigans…
This relates back to my last post - work for the government - in ANY department almost, and you are simply above OR backed by the same law/government that will turn around and JAIL someone for that same action in a different scenario. If this video was just a little blurrier, and i hadn’t noticed that all the people in it were OLD with gray hairs and lame suits, i would have guessed it was a bunch of pre-schoolers running around having a blast making little bells go off…

Haha, that’s hilarious. When I intern at the State Capitol in the spring, I’ll have to see if this is a common practice here, too.
